Flaneur expert pool enlarged! Welcome to Ines Eben von Racknitz and Effy Hong

We are happy to introduce two new Flaneur experts this month:

Effy (Yiwen) Hong is a graduate from Chinas prestigious Academy of Art in Hangzhou. She has designed a walk for Flaneur called “Understanding China’s Art History”, which will be offered for the first time on May 12th.

Further more we welcome historian Dr. Ines Eben von Racknitz, who is currently a lecturer at the Department of History at Nanjing university. Ines’ expertise and passion evolve around topics like European colonial history (particularly British and German history in China), Chinese art, religion and literature of late Imperial and Republican China.
